Position: Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)

Location: Maple Grove, MN

Job Overview:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant at Soliant Health, you will be instrumental in assisting students from kindergarten through 12th grade in overcoming their speech and language difficulties. Your contributions will significantly enhance their academic and social experiences, creating a positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluation: Assess students' speech and language capabilities through standardized assessments and clinical observations.
  • Therapeutic Intervention: Develop and execute tailored therapy programs to address various communication disorders.
  • Collaboration: Partner with educators, parents, and other professionals to foster a nurturing environment conducive to student achievement.
  • Record Keeping: Keep comprehensive documentation of students' progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Licensure: Must have or be in the process of acquiring a Minnesota SLP license.
  • Certification: ASHA certification is beneficial but not required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an educational setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
