Job Overview

Shift Availability: Multiple shifts including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd are available.

Compensation: Starting pay is $18/hour, with potential increases based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of packaging materials, finished products, and other items, ensuring all necessary physical tests are performed.
  • Maintain comprehensive and precise records of all inspections conducted.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the operation and maintenance of all sampling and testing equipment.
  • Carry out sampling and inspection of over-the-counter drug products.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within the work environment.
  • Engage in non-routine experimentation and problem-solving with minimal oversight.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures established by the company.
  • Collaborate with fellow inspectors to rotate additional departmental responsibilities.
  • Inspectors on the line must be trained in both Incoming and Line Quality Control.
  • Execute other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • 0-2+ years of experience in line inspection and documentation, as well as managing defects and nonconformance issues is preferred.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities are required.
  • Familiarity with measuring tools such as calculators, rulers, scales, and torque meters is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office, is desirable.
