Shift Availability: Multiple shifts including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd are available.
Compensation: Starting pay is $18/hour, with potential increases based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough inspections of packaging materials, finished products, and other items, ensuring all necessary physical tests are performed.
- Maintain comprehensive and precise records of all inspections conducted.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the operation and maintenance of all sampling and testing equipment.
- Carry out sampling and inspection of over-the-counter drug products.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within the work environment.
- Engage in non-routine experimentation and problem-solving with minimal oversight.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures established by the company.
- Collaborate with fellow inspectors to rotate additional departmental responsibilities.
- Inspectors on the line must be trained in both Incoming and Line Quality Control.
- Execute other assigned duties as required.
- 0-2+ years of experience in line inspection and documentation, as well as managing defects and nonconformance issues is preferred.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities are required.
- Familiarity with measuring tools such as calculators, rulers, scales, and torque meters is advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office, is desirable.
