  • Account Verification: Review calculations related to interest accrued, premiums owed, and settlement values on loans.

  • Policy Reinstatement: Assess applications against policy reinstatement criteria and approve reinstatements when applicable.
  • Business Correspondence: Draft professional correspondence for management and other stakeholders.
  • Client Communication: Engage with clients or agents to gather necessary information or update them on account statuses.
  • Document Examination: Review correspondence from policyholders and agents, as well as original applications, to identify necessary changes.
  • Customer Service: Interact with clients to provide assistance and gather information regarding claims.
