Medical Assistant/Patient Service Representative Role

We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant/Patient Service Representative to join our team. As a hybrid role, you will provide both clinical care and front desk administrative services to patients in a medical office setting. Your duties will include rooming patients, taking vitals, intake of medical history and medications, registration duties, scheduling appointments, insurance verification, and customer service.

Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Medical Assistant certification from an approved Medical Assistant program preferred.
  • At least one year of administrative/customer service experience required.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment strongly preferred.
  • Experience with an electronic health record preferred.
Work Schedule
  • Monday through Friday, Day Shift.
Benefits
  • Full-time employees working at least 80 hours per pay period and part-time employees working at least 40 hours per pay period are eligible for benefits.
