Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team at Webber, LLC. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including preparing documents, responding to inquiries, and creating spreadsheets.
  • Distribute and receive packages, order supplies, and maintain a highly organized work area.
  • Assist with new hire processing, answer phone calls, and route messages.
  • Enter production figures into the database and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One to three months of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Valid driver's license for occasional travel.
