Job Title: Senior Manager- Security Strategy and Architecture

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy aligned with Endeavour Group's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the security architecture team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align security initiatives with business priorities.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of enterprise security architecture.
  • Evaluate and recommend security technologies and tools to enhance the organisation's security posture.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on security strategy and architecture.
  • Proven experience in leading security architecture teams and managing large-scale security projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls).
  • Strong understanding of threat intelligence, risk management, and incident response.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, TOGAF) are highly desirable.
