- Collaborate with various healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Work autonomously with minimal oversight while maintaining high standards of care.
- Utilize Relationship-Based Care principles to advocate for patient safety and preferences.
- Embody the values of a Just Culture and uphold organizational principles.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience is required.
- Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Colorado or a compact state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required.
- Proficiency in computer skills necessary for completing online training and accessing job-related resources.
- Must have a strong command of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Associate Nursing Degree is required for candidates hired after specified date.
