Role Overview
The Global Program Supervisor is integral to the management of the Global People Modernization initiative, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and delivered on time. This role involves collaborating with various teams to develop comprehensive project plans, manage resources, and track progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Work alongside the Global PMO Lead to formulate program strategies, define workstreams, and establish timelines for significant initiatives.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues proactively, engaging relevant stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Governance Support: Facilitate program governance and project status meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are updated on actions and decisions.
  • Dependency Tracking: Monitor interdependencies across various workstreams and the overall program.
  • Methodology Enforcement: Assist in the implementation of project management methodologies, ensuring adherence to established PMO standards and processes.
  • Workplan Oversight: Support the management of project workplans, ensuring tracking of deliverables, quality standards, and resource allocation.
  • Metrics Monitoring: Track project metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal partners to streamline processes and maintain visibility on critical dependencies.
  • Communication Development: Create communication materials related to the program, including updates for leadership and onboarding resources.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-4 years in program and project management, particularly in large-scale global transformation initiatives.
  • Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in developing and managing project processes, including risk logs and resource management.
  • Tool Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of project management tools, both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Collaborative Skills: Ability to build relationships across departments, recognizing interdependencies and fostering partnerships.
  • Communication Skills: Strong professional communication abilities, capable of engaging with senior leadership effectively.
  • Influence: Skilled in using influence to facilitate decision-making and resolve challenges.
  • Certification: PMP Certification or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.
