Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Parts Manager to oversee the parts department of Ridgeway Division. This role requires excellent organizational skills and a deep understanding of automotive parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the parts department staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality customer service.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure accurate inventory management, including tracking and ordering parts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of parts orders, including receiving and stocking parts.
  • Oversee the delivery of parts to customers, ensuring prompt and reliable service.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of the parts department, including streamlining processes and reducing costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality control measures.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in automotive parts management, including inventory control and logistics.
  • Excellent knowledge of automotive parts and industry trends, including current market conditions and emerging technologies.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, including sales and service staff.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and systems, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy, including attention to detail and ability to multitask.
