Rivian is seeking an experienced Automotive Assembly Production Specialist to support pre-production vehicle builds by assisting cross-functional teams.

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced production environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting travel to locations, operating remotely until the local Service Center opens, and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support cross-functional teams in pre-production vehicle builds
  • Assist with travel to locations and operate remotely as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience working in a production environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
