Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Support Staff (TSS) to join our team at ACS Consultants, Inc. As a TSS, you will play a vital role in supporting the social-emotional and behavioral needs of students, fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students, addressing social-emotional and behavioral challenges, and implementing strategies outlined in treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with school staff, including teachers, special education professionals, and other stakeholders, to create a supportive and integrated approach to student care.
  • Implement evidence-based behavior interventions, promoting positive coping skills and self-regulation in students.
  • Document and communicate progress, maintaining accurate records of interventions and collecting data on student behavior.
  • Participate in team meetings, including IEP meetings and case conferences, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience working with children or adolescents in a school or therapeutic setting (preferred)
  • Background Checks, up-to-date FBI and state clearances (or willing to obtain)
