Job Description:

At the American Red Cross, we are committed to helping people in need throughout the United States and around the world. As a Therapeutic Apheresis Nurse Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering lifesaving treatments and being on the forefront of cancer research.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform Apheresis procedures autonomously in multiple settings, including critical care, emergency room, and freestanding outpatient centers.

Act as a consultant to external healthcare personnel about clinical apheresis.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse with current state licensure as required.

A minimum of two years' experience in medical/surgical or critical care nursing, or related experience, is preferred.

Previous apheresis or dialysis experience is preferred.

Current CPR certification is required.
