Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle problems, performing routine maintenance, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle problems using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
- Provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions, explaining repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with other technicians and staff members to achieve team goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques through ongoing training and education
- ASE certifications are preferred, but not required
- Experience working with European vehicles is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
