Job Summary

We're seeking a Full-Time PM Restaurant Busser/Food Expediter to join our team. As a dual role, you'll be responsible for clearing tables, resetting them for new guests, carrying dishes to the kitchen, and assisting with general cleanliness. You'll also assist the restaurant servers in delivering guest food orders to the tables and help the kitchen deliver meals to guest hotel rooms.

Responsibilities
  • Memorize table numbers and seat numbers of the dining room and bar.
  • Maintain stock, organization, and cleanliness of kitchen line, restaurant stations, and lobby bar with necessary items.
  • Follow sanitary rules and food safety regulations.
  • Inform guest server of order changes or requests, and manage customer feedback or complaints.
  • Complete ongoing required training and development to maximize potential.
Requirements
  • Ability to speak, hear, read, and comprehend instructions in fluent English.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and respond with a sense of urgency when necessary.
  • Moves about the restaurant, lobby bar, kitchen, and hotel guest rooms for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
  • Extend arms; frequent reaching, twisting, pulling, bending, and stooping, and moving up to 50 lbs. to perform essential job functions.
