About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Runner to join our Toro Toro team. As a Food Runner, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and enjoy a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver food from the kitchen to guests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist servers in clearing, cleaning, and setting up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass, and silverware.
  • Greet guests according to Four Seasons standards to ensure superior service.
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond promptly to guest concerns and requests.
  • Assist in stocking linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service.
Requirements:
  • Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
  • Six months of food and beverage experience preferred.

Schedule & Hours:

This is a full-time position, and candidates are expected to work a flexible schedule, including day shifts, evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
