Position Purpose: The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the restaurant and bar operations, ensuring compliance with hotel and brand standards while adhering to budgetary constraints and legal regulations, particularly those related to alcohol service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure timely and efficient service of meals, snacks, and beverages, meeting established standards.
  2. Maintain profit margins and control costs through effective management systems, including sales analysis and cash handling.
  3. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant and bar, including impeccable table settings and decor.
  4. Oversee the professional appearance and courteous service of food and beverage staff.

  7. Manage room service orders to ensure prompt execution and adherence to standards.

  11. Maintain security in all controlled areas and ensure staff awareness of key security protocols.
  12. Ensure staffing levels meet agreed standards and do not exceed limits without prior approval.

  15. Submit reports and administrative documents in a timely manner.
  16. Conduct regular performance evaluations with management staff, identifying training needs and development opportunities.
