Internship Overview:
- This internship is designed for high school students, offering a deep dive into a specific career path within Textron Aviation. Participants will engage in meaningful, business-focused tasks that connect foundational knowledge with future career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing Operations
- Observe and assist in machine operations while following provided guidelines, including working with CNC routers, furniture assembly tools, and hand tools. Gain proficiency in reading blueprints, basic sheet metal techniques, and essential machine operations.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in project-based assignments aligned with the needs of your department.
- Conduct data entry, maintain records, and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Collaborate with various departments on team projects.

Candidate Qualifications:
- Current high school student aged 16-19 years, ideally in junior or senior year.
