Crittenden Community Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinic Supervisor to join our team at the Family Practice Clinic. The successful candidate will provide supervision and leadership to all clinic personnel, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical medication and supply inventories.
  • Assist with and answer telephone calls, handling complex and sensitive issues as needed.
  • Ensure the maintenance of clinical equipment and facilities.
  • Arrange coverage for vacations, sick leave, and other absences.
  • Prepare and review work and lunch schedules.
  • Review and approve time cards.
  • Perform annual performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Properly dispose of contaminated and disposable items in accordance with Exposure Control Plan.
  • Ensure that all personnel wear personal protective equipment as required.
  • Attend department head meetings and contribute to the development of departmental procedures.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Office Administrator and Medical Director.

Qualifications:

  • High School Education required; LPN preferred.
  • Experience in a physician office setting preferred.
  • Nursing Assistant Certification preferred.
  • Current CPR certification required.

Physical Demands:

  • Prolonged standing or walking.
  • Lifting and moving patients, equipment, and supplies.
  • Repetitive bending, stooping, and squatting.
  • Exposure to all patient elements.
