Outcome Analytics represents the next frontier of Service Innovation, propelling hypergrowth in our sector.By leveraging cutting-edge Aveva Technology, this live initiative aims to deliver comprehensive system-level data-driven predictive outcomes for full-Service plans on complex Pre-fabricated and traditional Data Centers, covering UPS, Battery, ATS, Switchgear, and Cooling technologies.
Collaborating with the Global AI hub and Data Domain experts will facilitate the development of analytics to optimize Service interventions.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prioritize Use Cases for our Service execution models.
Oversee the development, setup, and execution of prioritized Use Cases.
Maintain project timelines and communicate regularly with stakeholders and executive leadership to align expectations.
Plan, communicate, and manage project risks or critical technical challenges.
Initiate corrective actions concerning resources, results, timing, budget, and quality.
Monitor project performance throughout its lifecycle, including task completion, team oversight, schedule reporting, and issue resolution.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Develop and maintain a practical Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for Switchgear in the field.
Create a matrix of models to assist in managing that FMEA.
Ensure successful end-to-end implementation and execution of advanced analytics.
Preferred Experience:
Design, application, or field service experience with QED Switchgear, NW Breakers, PLC Transfer, ION Power Meters.
Knowledge of failure modes and field service operations.
Extensive understanding of communication and data models related to various switchgear systems.
In-depth knowledge of breaker operations and failure modes.
Project management experience.
Familiarity with digital integration and field services.
End-to-end process development expertise.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Exceptional communication, decision-making, and team-building skills.
Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative mindset.
Excellent organizational skills and experience in developing and documenting business processes.
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Planner, MS Project, Jira (or similar project management software).
