Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair fixed and portable electronic equipment and systems, including communications systems, security systems, fire detection and alarm systems, audio/visual equipment, and HVAC controls.
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and systems, including switchgear, breakers, panel boxes, relays, transformers, emergency generators, and emergency lighting systems.
  • Install and replace electrical equipment and systems, including wiring, conduit, junction boxes, relays, switches, starters, receptacles, and breakers.
  • Troubleshoot and repair high voltage electrical and emergency equipment and systems, including electrical switchgear, transformers, primary electric and substation equipment, and electric motors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation of electrical systems and equipment.

Work Experience:

  • At least 4 years of related experience required
  • At least 5 years of related experience preferred
  • High Voltage 13.2 KV experience and troubleshooting required

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training beyond high school required

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Journeyman Electrician license preferred
  • Master Electrician preferred
