Simulation Assistant Opportunity

The Commonwealth of Virginia is seeking a Simulation Assistant to support medical training events. This part-time, as-needed position requires flexible availability and comfort with medical procedures, including ultrasounds and physical examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist operations, technical, and educational staff with event timing, student transitions, and equipment setup/strike down.
Provide general administrative support, including data entry and communication with staff.

Requirements:

Comfortable with multiple ultrasounds and physical examinations by instructors and medical student learners.
Proficient in Zoom and virtual meeting software.
Mature and professional attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

Medical training or terminology knowledge.
General administrative and/or office assistant experience.

This position offers up to 29 hours/week, as needed.
