Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Office Administrator to join our team at Dawson. As the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and employees, you will be responsible for managing our front office and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Office Management: Greet visitors, clients, and recruits professionally, answer and direct incoming calls, receive and sort mail and packages, and maintain a clean and organized front office area.
  • Administrative Support: Monitor office supply levels, place orders, and restock essential items, manage meeting room calendar and bookings, and track and log incoming leads.
  • Customer Service: Provide impeccable customer service, qualify leads based on business criteria, and update status in the tracking system.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist various departments with administrative tasks related to projects, help coordinate company events, and perform miscellaneous office errands.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or commensurate experience in office administration.
  • Experience: 2 years' experience in Office Administration; background in the landscape industry a plus.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills, ability to be organized, proactive, and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Language: Bilingual in Spanish is required.
