Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly proficient Senior .NET Developer with a strong background in C#, Azure, web forms, and .NET Core. The successful candidate will excel in a remote work setting while also being prepared to engage in quarterly in-person meetings with the team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and sustain high-quality, scalable .NET applications utilizing C#, Azure, web forms, web APIs, and .NET Core.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Engage in architectural design discussions, offering insights on best practices and recommendations.
  • Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance team performance.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, though substantial experience may substitute for formal education.
  • A minimum of 5 years of software development experience, particularly with .NET technologies.
  • Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, Azure, SQL Server, and .NET Core.
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based development.
  • Solid grasp of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-driven and capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
  • Ability to quickly comprehend and navigate complex existing applications.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is advantageous.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
  • Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
  • Experience with Acumatica is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in RESTful API design principles and best practices.
