Training: We will equip you with the skills to excel as a Patient Engagement Specialist. Our unique Global Training program provides insights into all departments, enhancing your understanding of how we support each other. Many of our Patient Engagement Specialists have transitioned into roles such as Patient Coordinators and Administrators.


We offer extensive support throughout your journey. You will begin with a 15-day Global Training program and have an Ambassador to guide you. Our goal is to introduce you to the full scope of services at Babylon Dental Care and provide tailored training to master your role.

We seek a commitment to Babylon Dental Care and the patients we serve. A collaborative spirit and a desire to learn daily are essential. This role can serve as a stepping stone for your success and professional growth within our practice.

We expect personal accountability for punctuality and presence during shifts, along with a willingness to go above and beyond for our patients.


If you have dental experience, that’s a plus. However, any customer service or hospitality experience can be beneficial in meeting our practice needs.


Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix Ascend is advantageous but not mandatory. A willingness to learn such software is essential.


Responsibilities of a Patient Engagement Specialist:
  • Warmly greet patients using their names, setting the tone for a positive experience.
  • Update patient status in our system to inform the team of arrivals.
  • Communicate with team members regarding patient readiness for treatment.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed prior to appointments.
  • Maintain an organized reception area and ensure it is welcoming.
  • Prepare welcome gifts for new patients.
  • Mentor new team members when comfortable.
  • Encourage satisfied patients to share their experiences online.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet or exceed monthly goals.
