Job Summary

International Business & Technical Consultants (IBTCI) is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to support the financial closeout of the USAID Global Health Technical Assistance Mission Support (GH-TAMS) project. The selected candidate will work closely with the Finance and Contracts team to ensure the successful completion of financial management and closeout activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support financial management and closeout of GH-TAMS assignments, including expenditure tracking and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Project Director to develop cost estimates for consultant assignments, ensuring soundness of budgeted costs and verifying availability of funding with the Finance team.
  • Ensure project compliance with USAID and IBTCI procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Finance and Contracts team.
Requirements
  • Minimum eight years of relevant experience in international development, global operations, and project financial management of equally large and complex USAID projects.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting USAID budget development and analysis, including accounts payables and receivables.
  • Strong understanding of USG rules and regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working proficiency in Deltek, Concur, and Microsoft 365 Office products.
Work Environment

This is a sedentary position that requires the ability to speak, hear, see, and lift small objects up to 20 lbs.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Travel

Travel is not required.

Work Authorization

Must be authorized to work in the USA. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
