Job Title: Process Maintenance

FPC National is seeking a highly skilled Process Maintenance professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial paper converting equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise in paper and paper converting processes
  • Lead technical support and troubleshooting efforts to resolve equipment-related issues
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies to improve production uptime
  • Conduct detailed analysis and evaluation of existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle time
  • Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to develop and implement standard operating procedures
  • Monitor and analyze process performance metrics to meet or exceed targets
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience as a process engineer or related role in a manufacturing environment
  • Paper mill or converting operations experience is highly desirable
  • Strong hands-on mechanical and electrical skills, with experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment
