Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues promptly.
  • Assist in managing inventory and maintaining stock levels.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
  • Work collaboratively with other warehouse personnel to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Valid forklift certification (e.g., OSHA certification).
  • Demonstrated experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or logistics setting.
  • Ability to operate different types of forklifts (e.g., sit-down, stand-up, reach truck).
  • Strong attention to detail and precision.
  • Capability to lift heavy items and work in various temperature conditions.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to function well in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Steel toe work boots are required.
