Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting our sales floor operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash.
  • Support sales floor operations, including collecting carts, restocking coolers, and vacuuming the front-end.
  • Collect and process customer payments, operate a cash register, and handle customer transactions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing the store, and participating in inventory management.
Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations.
  • Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
  • Must meet the company performance standards for the job, including regular attendance and completing the company introductory (probationary) period of 30 or 60 days.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time position, with a minimum of 4-hour shifts or more depending on business needs. The job cycles are continual, with a maximum of 50 pounds of lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling. The physical requirements include standing 55%, sitting 0%, and walking 45% of the time.
