About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Scheduler. As a Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the assignment of staff to clients and schedule client services
  • Identify problem situations and assist in problem-solving to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Communicate with management regarding situations requiring special attention
  • Ensure staff complete required training and provide training as needed
  • Assign staff to schedules and appointments in a timely manner
  • Monitor attendance and punctuality of staff for service appointments
  • Maintain data integrity for assigned tasks, including templates, valid authorizations, and time and attendance
  • Assume on-call responsibility and provide client direct care as needed
  • Ensure home care services comply with agency philosophy, policies, and procedures, as well as state and federal licensing laws and regulations
  • Submit proper timekeeping and paperwork
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to function well under pressure and make decisions quickly
  • High School Diploma
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Two or more years of general office and computer experience
  • Solid experience working with the public and presenting a friendly, professional appearance

Salary Range

USD $18.00 per hour
