Job Description

Job Summary:

PartnersGlobal is seeking a highly skilled Technical Curriculum Developer to develop a comprehensive technical financial and operational curriculum for a US Government-funded project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing technical financial and programmatic documents, conducting evaluations focused on US Government policies and procedures, and training or managing US Government funds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a robust, conflict-sensitive, inclusive, and modularized training program on financial, administrative, and program management based on US Government policies and procedures.
  • Design and develop instructional materials, including presentations, handouts, activities, exercises, case studies, assessments, and resources to support learning objectives and engage participants.
  • Coordinate with PartnersGlobal staff to define and agree on key deliverables.
  • Provide logistical support, including background information on the project, meetings, and phone/email communication.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience developing technical financial and programmatic documents.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting evaluations focused on US Government policies and procedures.
  • Experience in conducting training or managing US Government funds preferred.
  • Strong writing skills, research and communicational skills, high level of organization, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English required (another language as Spanish preferred).

Deliverables:

  • A written curriculum framework providing a detailed guideline on curriculum module structure, including topics, learning objectives, instructional methods, sequencing, standard lesson components, assessment, and success criteria.
  • Curriculum First Draft, including details of content structure, sequencing, instructional methods, strategies, and learning resources for training.
  • Final Curriculum Package, including the final version of content structure, sequencing, instructional methods, strategies, and learning resources for training, and instructional materials, presentations, handouts, activities, exercises, case studies, assessments, and resources to support learning objectives.

Working Conditions:

The selected Consultant/Organization will work remotely and will be responsible for providing their own equipment and software necessary for the project.
