Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is essential
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial manufacturing settings
  • Proven knowledge of manufacturing operations, maintenance, and engineering principles
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire, organize, plan, and make informed decisions
  • Capability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with a team

Compensation:

$150-200K with an additional 20% performance bonus
