Clinical Office Coordinator

The Nursing Clerk is a vital member of our clinical team, responsible for providing administrative support to our nursing staff. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Faxing and Tracking: Fax and track orders and plans of treatment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Documentation Management: Check in documentation from Option Care nurses and subcontractors, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Invoice Processing: Process invoices and other financial documents, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Scheduling Coordination: Assist with scheduling clinical staff to visit patients, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the nursing department, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in general office administration.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
