An award winning medical center is searching for a strong, experienced Trauma Nurse Clinical Coordinator to join their team in the sunny state of New Mexico
The Trauma Nurse Clinical Coordinator will join a community oriented medical center which has earned national recognition for excellence in a wide variety of specialties. This medical center is a part of a large health system which serves communities all throughout the western states. This 150+ Bed medical center is a Level 3 Trauma Center and has been selected as a Top Hospital by the New Mexico Hospital Association. This team emphasizes the importance of meaningful social impact and adopts best practices to promote preventative care in their community.
The Trauma Nurse Clinical Coordinator will report directly to their Unit Nurse Manager and will collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure that the department’s day to day operations run smoothly. They will also focus on implementing initiatives which support quality improvement and compliance within their department. This TNCC certified trauma specialist will provide expert guidance to their team in order to uphold the organizations Level 3 Trauma designation.
