A high-achieving sales leader is needed to drive business growth in the Northeast region. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for establishing and executing clear sales strategies, leading a high-performance sales team, and adapting quickly to market changes.

TSP, a Syneos Health company, is engaged in a direct recruiting national sales expansion with Ascendis Pharma. This dynamic biopharmaceutical company has global presence and is advancing programs in Endocrinology, Rare Disease, and Oncology.

A successful candidate will have a minimum 12 years of life sciences sales and commercial experience, including 3 years of direct people leadership experience in rare disease/specialty biopharma. Broad commercial breadth of work experience is preferred, along with entrepreneurial attitude and/or start-up experience.

The ideal candidate will be able to develop and execute innovative sales strategies, navigate complex accounts, and leverage relationships at all levels. A collaborative leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, this individual will thrive in a fast-paced environment and make a significant impact on our team's success.

This role requires 80% travel within the Region on a frequent overnight basis, with occasional weekend travel. Driving is an essential duty of the job, and a valid driver's license and good driving record are required. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $225,000 to $230,000.
