Reporting Structure

Reports to Associate Creative Director(s).

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, brainstorm, and develop creative concepts and executions tailored for social media.
  • Exhibit exceptional writing skills, with the ability to adapt to various tones and styles.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of crafting engaging copy for social media posts, digital content, advertising campaigns, video scripts, and storyboards.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of current social media platforms and stay informed about emerging trends.
  • Possess a deep understanding of metrics and optimization strategies.
  • Be knowledgeable about paid media and the unique advertising opportunities available on different platforms.
  • Illustrate how creative ideas align with both brand and media strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to visual communication and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to assess client needs and objectives.
  • Respond to feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Take responsibility for concepts and copy presented in creative decks to clients.
  • Present creative concepts internally and to clients.
  • Deliver high-quality work that meets business objectives.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, often under tight deadlines.
  • Oversee the production process, collaborating closely with designers and producers on various projects.
  • Stay curious about the latest marketing trends, digital tools, and evolving communication methods.
  • Keep abreast of clients' industries, business landscapes, and product strategies.
  • Maintain resilience, as copy will undergo multiple revisions.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an advertising copywriter.
  • A portfolio or reel showcasing the ability to engage diverse audiences with strong conceptual ideas across various media.
  • A collection of work that includes campaigns targeting the Hispanic-American demographic.
  • Strong experience in digital and social media.
  • A portfolio featuring 360-degree campaigns is a plus.
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
