Job Title: Bilingual Lead Clinician

Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Lead Clinician to join our team in support of our work with a federal client at various locations in California and Texas.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned clinician to lead a team of Behavioral Health Counselors in providing high-quality services to unaccompanied minors. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical supervision, team management, and cultural competence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of Behavioral Health Counselors, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Work closely with installation Points of Contact to ensure efficient and effective service delivery, coordination, and transition.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and in-processing of new team members.
  • Monitor and ensure service delivery meets contract requirements, escalating any concerns promptly.
  • Mentor team members to optimize performance, growth, and development.
  • Ensure counselor compliance with government and professional licensing/certification requirements.
  • Prepare reports and provide written and oral briefings to management and local/installation government representatives as needed.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field, plus 2 years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience.
  • 5+ years of working experience post-full licensure in child development, culturally aware and trauma-centered care, and performing clinical evaluations in direct engagement with children and their families.
  • 2+ years of management experience leading and supervising staff.
  • Must successfully pass all pertinent and required background checks, drug screens, and child abuse and neglect checks.
  • Bilingual highly preferred – primarily Spanish.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Working knowledge of military, state, federal, and local laws, and resources.
  • Ability to understand, apply, and maintain professional standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in an immigration setting.
  • Knowledge of best practices for treating a variety of problems that patients may be experiencing.
