This role is focused on delivering training solutions within the framework of IQVIA's Centralized Outsourcing Operations Hub (COOH) team, specifically for Patient Support Services. The Lead Manager will oversee the creation, execution, and enhancement of educational programs tailored for field personnel, adapting to project demands on a flexible basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training modules, including foundational and customer interaction skills.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in patient support services, delivering training through various formats such as self-study, live sessions, and virtual platforms.
  • Collaborate with Patient Support Services Leadership and other stakeholders to assess training needs and address gaps, ensuring training effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • Minimum of two years of professional experience in training or education, or a relevant professional certification.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in Medical Claim Processing.
  • Background in call center operations.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • Familiarity with virtual engagement tools (e.g., MS Teams, WebEx, Adobe Connect).
  • Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills, both in virtual and in-person settings.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Situational Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and DiSC methodologies is advantageous.
