About the Position

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dialysis team at Health Systems Management, Inc. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a dedicated RN who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient outcomes. You will have the chance to work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve the highest standards of care specific to each patient's needs.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care.
  • Rend medication administration according to physician orders and HSM guidelines.
  • Direct, delegate, and supervise other team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care that meets each patient's unique needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

The successful candidate will be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current RN licensure and CPR BLS certification or the ability to obtain during orientation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong commitment to teamwork, are essential for this role.
