About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Outpatient Cardiology Advanced Practitioner to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As an integral member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing complex medical conditions, and collaborating with specialists to ensure seamless patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring continuity of care
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to address concerns and coordinate care
  • Collaborating with specialists to develop and implement comprehensive patient management plans
Requirements
  • Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program
  • AANP or NCCPA Certification
  • Cardiology experience, with a strong understanding of cardiac diseases and treatments
