Nurse Care Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team at DaVita. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. Your empathetic and compassionate approach will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide patient care in an outpatient dialysis center
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg settings is a plus
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus
