Job Overview

Everstory Partners is seeking a compassionate and driven Sales Counselor to provide exceptional customer service and support to our families during their time of need. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a personalized and empathetic experience to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Service: Sell Everstory products and services to existing and potential individual customers and associations, providing a high level of service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Client Support: Provide at-need clients with immediate service, creating a consoling atmosphere that enables them to make informed decisions regarding recently deceased family members.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Everstory products and services, including options and associated costs, and advise clients on financing options.
  • Site Overviews: Coordinate site overviews with clients, including tours around the property, to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of our services.
  • Lead Generation: Identify own leads and schedule presentations to meet assigned pre-need quotas, driving revenue growth and business development.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the office is maintained in a professional manner, minimizing stress to clients and creating a positive impression.
Requirements
  • Compassion and Empathy: Possess a compassionate mindset, with the ability to maintain composure during stressful situations, and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrate a strong customer focus, with the confidence to interact with clients over the phone or in-person, and build strong relationships.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle, with mileage reimbursement provided for travel associated with job duties.
  • Travel Requirements: Be able to travel to potential clients' homes located anywhere in the geographic region served by the location.
  • Education and Experience: High School equivalency required, with 1+ years of sales experience desired, preferably in a B2C environment.
