- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: One year of customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of banking and cash management products and systems, as well as Microsoft Office and other software applications.
This position is located in a climate-controlled call center environment, with frequent use of the telephone, computer, and other office equipment. The individual must be able to perform job functions with general supervision and work effectively as a member of a team or independently.
