  • Maintain a secure environment by implementing safety procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with management to schedule cleaning tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor the quality of work performed by your team and confirm satisfactory results.
  • Provide comprehensive training to new hires assigned to the parking facility.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks of supplies, equipment, and chemicals.
  • Accurately complete order forms for necessary materials and supplies.
  • Coordinate the efficient use and maintenance of cleaning equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven leadership or supervisory experience in a related field.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Successfully pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) and drug screening.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
