Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management:
Utilize HubSpot to manage and nurture inbound and outbound leads, ensuring they progress smoothly through the sales pipeline. Assist in developing and refining lead conversion processes.

Inside Sales Operations:

Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer to align inside sales strategies, handle prospecting, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities to expand the sales pipeline.


Proactive Sales Outreach:

Engage with potential clients through personalized outreach, building meaningful connections that focus on understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions that demonstrate our value.


Sales Reporting & Analytics:
Monitor and report on sales performance indicators (KPIs), track sales pipeline metrics, and generate reports to drive data-driven decision-making.

Market Research:
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and target industries to inform inside sales strategies and identify new opportunities.

Industry-Specific Events:

Attend and represent the company at industry-specific events, networking opportunities, and conferences to build relationships with potential clients and stay informed about industry trends.


Client Engagement:
Help build and maintain strong client relationships by representing the company at industry events, online webinars, and networking opportunities.

Sales Content Support:

Assist in creating sales materials such as presentations, sales decks, and email templates that align with client needs and drive conversions.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Strong interest in sales enablement, inside sales, and business development.
Works well in an entrepreneurial environment, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms is advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced sales environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Work Environment:
Hybrid work environment, with 2 days a week in the Milwaukee, WI office to support collaboration and productivity.
