We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Planet Fitness. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, guests, and fellow team members.
Key Responsibilities- Greet members and guests, assist with check-in, and provide a welcoming environment.
- Help promote our Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor and offering assistance.
- Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed.
- Answer phones, assist callers, and perform membership-related functions.
- Execute retail transactions, drive sales goals, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment (preferred).
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to become CPR/AED certified.
- Strong communication skills, ability to listen and empathize, and a positive attitude.
