Position Overview

At DOCS Health, we are dedicated to enhancing health outcomes through innovative solutions and comprehensive services. We are currently seeking a full-time Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in managing the inventory and maintenance of medical supplies and equipment utilized nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure precise inventory management of clinical supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Exhibit thorough knowledge of the healthcare logistics industry.
  • Understand the operations of mobile practice vehicles.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Operations Manager and other key personnel regarding inventory and logistical needs.
  • Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot both mobile and fixed-site operations.
  • Complete necessary checklists for mobile practice vehicles and equipment prior to shipping.
  • Verify that all medical and office equipment is functional and report any issues.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for medical equipment.
  • Facilitate timely shipping of supplies and equipment to event locations.
  • Participate in logistics meetings and debriefs following events.
  • Return all equipment and supplies to designated locations post-event.
  • Exhibit a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and perform equipment inspections as required.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in warehouse operations or management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and environments.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on technology application.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Strong communication skills suitable for a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to teamwork and a strong work ethic.
  • Interpersonal skills that foster positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Forklift certification is preferred.
