2. Utilize established problem-solving methodologies to address operational and quality challenges within the production environment.
3. Stay updated on the latest advancements in reliability technologies and apply them effectively.
4. Identify optimal maintenance strategies tailored to specific equipment types.

Maintenance Practices Include:
- Operate to Failure (OTF)
- Preventive / Fixed Time Maintenance (FTM)
- Predictive / Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM)

5. Collaborate closely with maintenance and production teams to identify projects that enhance value.
6. Represent the maintenance department in daily operational discussions.
7. Implement root cause failure analysis (RCFA) to mitigate recurring issues.
8. Develop and refine preventative maintenance (PM) work requests within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
9. Promote and implement Precision Maintenance best practices, serving as a resource for technical staff.
10. Plan, schedule, and oversee significant equipment rebuilds.
11. Ensure safety protocols are prioritized in all supervisory functions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing settings, whether professional or through internships.
- Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to varying workloads.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with SAP, particularly in Maintenance, is advantageous.
