As a Caregiver Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges to thrive.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide direct support to individuals with complex needs, including personal care and daily living skills
* Assist with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
* Support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs
* Collaborate with a mission-driven team to create relationships that motivate and inspire

**What You'll Bring:**

* No experience required, but a patient, compassionate, and reliable attitude is essential
* Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts
* Ability to communicate effectively, adapt to changing situations, and multitask
