We are currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with registered nurses to provide exceptional patient care. Key responsibilities include taking vital signs, conducting EKGs, collecting blood samples, and providing personalized bedside care. Weekend and holiday rotations are mandatory.

To be successful in this position, you will need a High School Diploma or equivalent, along with current BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Previous experience in patient care is highly desirable, as is the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues. A valid driver's license is not required for this role, but it may be beneficial for certain tasks.

At RWJBarnabas Health, we offer a competitive annual salary range of $45,000 - $60,000, depending on experience, as well as access to excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
