Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Analyst to join our team at Primoris Renewable Energy. As a key member of our Contracts department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of contracts and exhibits, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Track and maintain correct version history of exhibits and other documents sent and received.
  • Document Control: Perform document control functions, including managing internal and external file repositories, organizing file structures, and ensuring that records are maintained and up to date.
  • Communication: Coordinate communication and facilitate meetings between departments, schedule calls and meetings on behalf of Contracts, and facilitate communication of weekly exhibit updates to Project Managers and involved leadership.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain diligent records of communicated deadlines and project needs, and interface with Legal and Tax departments as necessary.
  • Project Oversight: Facilitate and lead conference calls, manage communication, and function as a face of PRE to the client, attending appropriate meetings to assess progress on projects and take detailed notes to be shared with stakeholders.
  • Contract Review: Review, proofread, and edit various legal agreements and correspondence under the guidance of Legal and Management.
  • Team Support: May include providing coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback via unstructured daily mentoring to Contracts Analyst 1 & 2.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 5-8 years' experience in EPC Contract Administration and review required.
  • Skills: Demonstrated organizational skillset, strong interpersonal ability amongst a variety of personalities, and proficient to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including utilization of tracked changes in Word and PDF documents.
